Chef Jasmin Nathan
J Dulce was founded by Jasmin Nathan, a baking and pastry chef. Her passion for baking cakes and sweets began at the age of 19. She has over a decade of experience with a degree in Food Science from Florida A&M University and a Certification in Culinary Arts at the Atlanta Art Institute. In addition to being an Instructor of Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu, she formerly served as the head Pastry Chef at InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta.
